Classes & Rates

Private Classes

  • Single Session - $70
  • Package of 10 - $630
  • Package of 20 - $1190
Sessions are 55 minutes each

A Private Session is a one on one lesson between an instructor and a student where any or all of the various apparatuses in the studio are utilized. These sessions are to focus on the specific needs of the individual and are highly recommended for students recovering from injuries, surgeries, or with unique and special physical needs.

Semi-Private Classes

  • Single Session - $50
  • Package of 10 - $450
  • Package of 20 - $850
Sessions are 50 minutes each

A Semi-Private Session is for a minimum of two students who have already completed the five Introductory Private Sessions at Pawleys Island Pilates. These lessons can incorporate any of the equipment.

Reformer Classes

  • Single Session - $40
  • Package of 10 - $360
  • Package of 20 - $680
Sessions are 45 minutes each

A Reformer Class exclusively use the reformer apparatus in a slightly faster paced setting. Each student must have completed the five Introductory Private Sessions before attending.

NOTE: A minimum of three introductory Private lessons (see Introductory Packages below for details) is required at Pawleys Island Pilates by all students new to the Pilates method and equipment.

Introductory Packages

First-time clients of Pawleys Island Pilates can take advantage of the Introductory Pilates Package that will immerse you in the world of Pilates, educate about the proper technique and get you ready to join any class of your liking in the future.

Introductory classes are focused on teaching the basic principles of Pilates that are so important if you want to get maximum benefit out of this amazing method.

During the Introductory Classes the instructors will:

  • Create a program for your specific goals and needs
  • Give you personal cues
  • Educate you about Pilates terminology
  • Introduce you to all pieces of Pilates apparatus
  • Teach you the proper technique

Individual Package

$ 275
  • 5 Private Sessions
  • Savings of $50
Sessions are 55 minutes each

Duet Package*

$ 225
  • 5 Duet Sessions
  • Savings of $75
Sessions are 50 minutes each

NOTE: This special Introductory Rate is available to new clients only. It is imperative that new clients work directly with an instructor for five sessions before joining reformer classes, exceptions must be cleared by owner.

 

*Duet package must be attended by all who initially register together for every scheduled lesson. Feel free to join these sessions with your friends or family members (Pilates with a spouse or a child is especially popular at our studio) or Contact Us and we will put you on the waiting

Gift Certificates

Would you like to surprise someone with a gift of Pilates?

You can purchase gift certificates for various amounts at our studio. A Pawleys Island Pilates Gift Certificate is a sophisticated and unconventional gift for any occasion from birthdays to weddings

Payments

Currently we offer three payment options:

  1. Pay per individual session/class
  2. Buy a class package
  3. Pay in advance (one lump sum if more than $500.)

Cancellation Policy

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of 100% of service booked. The policy is to minimize disruption to our clients and trainers.
